Dr. Dausch attended the University of Virginia to earn a Bachelor of Arts in biology. She subsequently earned a medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. She completed her internship and residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at MCV and was chief resident before joining West End Ob/Gyn in 2000.
Dr. Dausch is a diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She has been named a fellow by the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecologists and the Richmond Society of Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is a member of the American Medical Association and the Richmond Academy of Medicine.
Dr. Dausch is trained to perform Da Vinci Laparosopic Robotic Surgery for faster recoveries from hysterectomies and other major surgeries for her patients.
Dr. Dausch also helps her patients navigate all stages of their lives from teenage concerns, pregnancy and motherhood and in the changes that accompany menopause and beyond.
Dr. Dausch enjoys her diverse clinical practice, which includes women with low and high-risk pregnancies, teens and postmenopausal women. She takes a well-rounded approach to all of her patients and greatly takes pleasure in the opportunity to form relationships with mothers and then their daughters and granddaughters. Family dynamics play a strong role in her practice and carry into her home life with her husband and children.

Dr. Davis graduated from the University of Virginia, where she was an Echols Scholar. She earned her doctor of medicine at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. She remained at MCV for internship and residency training in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. She is board certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
She is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a member of the American Medical Association, the Richmond Academy of Medicine and the Richmond Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Davis performs the Da Vinci Laparosopic Robotic Surgery. This allows faster recoveries from hysterectomies and other major surgeries. She has been practicing with West End ObGyn since 2000.
She enjoys all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology, and has a special interest in pediatric and teen gynecology, high-risk obstetrics, general wellness, postmenopausal health and the use of hormones, as well as their alternatives. She values the relationships she has made with her patients and is committed to providing the best care for them.
Away from the office Dr. Davis enjoys time with her husband, three children and two dogs.
Dr. Mahoney is a native of Richmond who attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in political science. She went on to counsel runaways and teens in crisis in Washington, DC and Richmond before pursuing her interest in medicine. Dr. Mahoney received a master’s in physiology and a medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia.
She completed her internship and residency at the Medical University of South Carolina and was chief resident in her final year. Dr. Mahoney joined West End ObGyn in August 2006.
She is a fellow with the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists and a member of the Richmond Academy of Medicine.
Dr. Mahoney enjoys addressing all the medical needs of her patients and serves a diverse population, from teenagers to postmenopausal women. She cares for women with uncomplicated as well as high risk pregnancies. Dr. Mahoney is also experienced in non-invasive laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery.
In her free time, Dr. Mahoney enjoys hiking in the mountains, painting and spending time with friends and familly. As a mother, a daughter and a sister she identifies with the needs of her patients.
Dr. Murray attended the College of William and Mary where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She received her medical degree from the University of Virginia. She then completed her residency training at the Medical College of Virginia where she served as chief resident.
Dr. Murray is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and is board certified by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is a member of the American Medical Association, the Richmond Academy of Medicine and the Medical Society of Virginia. She has served Henrico Doctor’s Hospital by acting as the vice chairman, then chairman of her department for the past three years. In 2013, Dr. Murray served as chief of staff. She has volunteered at the Fan Free Clinic and with many animal rescue organizations. Dr. Murray has been voted one of Richmond’s “Top Docs” by Richmond magazine for several years.
Dr. Murray participates in many womens health and safety committees and is currently (2014) Chairman of Women’s Health Services at HDH.
Dr. Murray loves the multiple facets of her profession. She thrives on the challenges of both low and high-risk obstetrics and is eager to care for women from the teen to postmenopausal years. Whatever the patient concern, Dr. Murray strives to create unique doctor/patient relationship which has made her practice so rewarding over the years.
When not at work, Dr. Murray cherishes time with her husband, two children, two dogs and horse. With whatever free time is left she loves to horseback ride, run and read.
Rachael aspires to support women in every season of life so that they may discover lasting fulfillment and confidence in mind, body, and spirit. She hopes that her warm, sensitive demeanor and respectful approach to healthcare helps ease women through important transitions in their lives.
Rachael grew up in Hanover, Virginia, and obtained her nursing degree from James Madison University. After several years of caring for patients in the hospital setting, she returned to school to complete her Master’s degree in women’s health from Frontier Nursing University in Kentucky. She is both a certified nurse-midwife and board-certified women’s health nurse practitioner. Rachael began her career working for a private OB/GYN practice in Stafford, Virginia, and is excited about the opportunity to serve women in the metro Richmond area, where she grew up.
While Rachael loves caring for women of all ages, she particularly enjoys guiding adolescent and teen women to better understand and care for their changing bodies. She also has a special passion caring for expectant mothers from before they conceive through the postpartum/newborn stage. She believes that women’s bodies are incredible and every mother has a right to a satisfying and life affirming birth experience. In addition to prenatal and postpartum visits, she is skilled in annual and problem-focused gynecologic exams.
In her spare time, Rachael loves spending quality time with her husband, two sons, and golden retriever. She enjoys traveling, reading, exercising, and spending time outdoors.
Gussie is a Richmond, VA native and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of South Carolina. She has worked in the hospital setting caring for the high-risk obstetric population, as well as postpartum and gynecologic surgical patients. She went on to complete her Master’s degree in women’s health at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Since graduation, she has worked as a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in the Richmond area.
Gussie is committed to providing the best possible care to her patients. She believes in exceptional, holistic, and quality care of women. She enjoys establishing relationships with patients and assisting them in bettering their overall health and wellness during the well-woman exam. Some of her professional interests include contraceptive counseling, preventative health maintenance, obstetrical care, and prenatal counseling.
While away from work, Gussie loves spending time with her husband, two daughters, and goldendoodle. As a mother of young children, she hopes to support others experiencing this wonderful and challenging phase of life.
